Separation to Transformation

Helping Men Survive Divorce

THE PROBLEM MEN FACE

Most men going through separation will tell you the same thing, they feel like no one truly understands their pain.

Divorce isn’t just a legal event, it’s an unravelling of your life. The emotional overwhelm, communicating with your co-parent, being a stable and present single dad...all while managing your career, legal proceedings and custody transfers. It’s one of the hardest transitions you’ll ever face.

Men are far less likely to seek help when experiencing emotional distress, with many men carrying a deep sense of inadequacy and shame in reaching out, seeing it as an absolute last resort. They often ask “What’s it going to cost me, financially and emotionally?”

The real question is, what’s it going to cost them if they don’t?

THE FACTS

Relationship breakdown is the highest risk factor for suicide amongst men, and yet male-specific divorce support is hard to find. Statistics show that 50% of men who die by suicide have had contact with mental health services in the 12 months before their death. Men are seeking help but the help they’re finding isn’t resonating, and too many of them are slipping through the cracks.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

This was my experience. When I was going through my separation I struggled to find another man who had both lived it and had the training to guide me. I found mental health professionals who hadn’t been through it themselves, which often felt like having a football coach who knew the rules but had never played a game. Or I found men who had been through it, but lacked the skills to support me. I wanted to talk to a man who had both, but he didn’t exist.

So I decided to become the man that I needed back then.

WHY MEN WORK WITH ME

I bring both lived experience and professional training.

Having raised my three kids solo through my own divorce I understand firsthand the emotional toll and practical challenges men face, and how to guide them through the process so they don’t lose themselves.

When men feel heard and seen by someone who's been there, who gets it, the walls come down. They stop feeling like they’re walking the path alone, and they feel safe to reach out and get the help they desperately need.

This is the power of professional peer-led support.

WHY MEN WORK WITH ME

I bring both lived experience and professional training. I'm a single-dad, an Australian based certified Divorce Coach, and one of the only coaches in the world working exclusively with men who are struggling to cope with the emotional challenges of separation, divorce & parental alienation.

Having raised my three kids solo through my own divorce and working alongside many other men on their divorce journey, I understand firsthand the emotional toll and practical challenges men face, and how to guide them through the process so they don’t lose themselves, or their kids.

HOW I HELP

I'm an Australian based Certified Divorce Coach, and one of the few coaches in the world working exclusively with men who are struggling to cope with the emotional challenges of separation, divorce & parental alienation.

I focus on the human side of divorce, not the legal side. Guiding men through the fear, grief, loss, and heartbreak of separation by providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where they can talk openly with another man who understands, and find a way forward with clarity.

My approach is child-centred, future-focused, and action-oriented. It’s grounded in practical problem solving and self-awareness, empowering men to break through inertia, take action, and change their situation with direction and purpose.

My mission is simple:
To support men from Separation to Transformation. Even if they weren’t the ones who chose this path.

Man navigating life after divorce – support for men going through separation.
